Due to the nature of the products and services, exchanges and returns are NOT permitted.

It is recommended that you first browse different styled wigs or bundle deals under the "SHOP" tab on the website. After products have been selected and purchased, proceed to the "BOOK" tab and include the order number from the recent purchase to the booking reservation.

In the event that you are wanting to use hair that will be provided by you or a third party, it is suggested that you provide the JAD styled unit name (i.e. Leigha, Jade, Candace, etc.) or other custom requests in the booking reservation. For units needing construction, the hair must be dropped off or delivered (via mail) to the stylist at least 2 weeks prior to booked appointment. The delay of hair delivery will result in an additional $75 expedited construction fee.

The turn around time for custom wigs vary between 2 to 3 weeks. Add ons such as custom coloring may extend orders an additional 3 to 5 days. Basic wigs that are "ready to ship" vary between 1-2 weeks.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. All orders take 3 days to process before it is shipped out. Standard shipping takes between 5-7 busines days while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.

Any services requested in less than 10 business days of appointment will need to be approved prior to date through the booking page. If the request is approved and accomdated, the client will be subject to an additional $50 last minute booking fee and $75 expedited construction fee (if applicable).

We highly suggest that you shampoo your extensions bi weekly using a mild moisturizing shampoo to remove any oils or product build up. You can follow up with a moisturizing conditioner as well, which will ensure your hair/wig will remain luscious.
