Booking Process

Standard process

Install + Hair provided by JAD

Browse Styles

Select your favorite style on the "SHOP" tab. Add to cart. Process your payment.

Book it

Select an available installation date. Provide your order number. Pay your deposit. Your appointment is set.

Get Styled

Show up for your scheduled appointment. Repeat for your next style!

Install + Hair provided by client

Book it

Select an available installation date. Check the box for client supply of hair. Pay your deposit. Your appointment is set.

Supply It

Drop off or ship hair to business address considerably 2 weeks prior to appointment. Confirm delivery of shipments. 

Get Styled

Show up for your scheduled appointment. Repeat for your next style!

Last Minute Booking Requests

Request it

Check for availability on requested day and time. Submit a request. Allow 24 hours for response time.

Confirm It

Client is approved/denied the last minute booking request within 24 hours. If approved, team will follow up with client.

Get Styled

Show up for your scheduled appointment. Book in advance for your next style!

All last minute booking requests (less than 10 business days of requested appointment) are subject to approval. The client will also be accessed an additional $50 late booking fee and an $125 expedited construction fee (if applicable).

 

All requests must be submitted through the booking page to be considered. Responses for requests will be corresponded with the client within 48 hours.

​

Appointments classified as a last minute booking but booked as a normal booking by client will be canceled.

Shipping information

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

​

*Shipping time is additional to processing and construction time. All outgoing orders will be provided a tracking number after item has been sent out.

returns | Refunds

Returns: In the case that a item has to be returned the product must be shipped back in the manner that it was shipped to the buyer in, untouched and unworn. 

Refunds: If the buyer is not satisfied with their product a full refund can be dispersed in the return of the product. (refer to returns for policy )
